You may consider breastfeeding your baby. Please know that it is highly recommended and many studies are proving its merits both for the mother and the child. However, it remains your choice and your spouse’s and this choice must be made in the best interest of your baby and of your family.

About constipation, you should eat foods that are rich in fibres (vegetables, fruits, whole grain cereals, etc.). It is also important to drink a lot. Exercising also helps significantly.
