The end of your pregnancy comes with its share of questions. You and your partner may wonder if you will be good parents. You may be worried about your baby’s health. Most parents think about those things.
It is also a time that keeps you very busy and some women get an energy boost during this final sprint. Prepare a suitcase containing all your personal items for your admission to a hospital or in a birthing home. You must also supply your baby’s wardrobe and buy a car seat. In short, you must get ready for the most anticipated event of the coming weeks.
Physiologically, your hemoglobin rises because of the iron storage of your body to compensate for the normal blood loss that will occur during childbirth. This last phase of pregnancy increases the swelling of your lower limbs.
