Is your pregnancy showing already? The visible increase in volume of the uterus varies a lot from one woman to another. Usually, it happens gradually between the fourteenth and the twentieth week. If it is your second or third pregnancy, your uterus will become apparent earlier because the ligaments supporting the abdominal muscles are looser.
During this second trimester, you may experience heartburn caused by your stomach being pushed up by the uterus. Painful calf cramps can occur too. It can be caused by an imbalance between calcium and phosphorus. These conditions can occur throughout the two last trimesters of pregnancy.
