How to land a job???

I am graduated from the computer application from the Toronto University. It is being 1 year that I have completed my course and I am unemployed. I did a variety of jobs for part time but I wasn't able to find a job in my field. I tired of with searching the jobs.
when I searched online for the job search tips, I found that career training courses will help to land a job. My friend said about an ios program in Toronto. I am interested in doing the course. But would I get a confirm if I did such courses?
